the luxe collection

I am so excited to announce the arrival of "the luxe collection" by Bean Sprout Studio. For awhile now, I've had this gorgeous shimmer metallic cardstock that was just one of those items I was "saving for something good". Well, creative inspiration struck over the weekend, and I ran to my craft room to create "the luxe collection." Seen here are a few items from my new collection, incuding a Mother's Day design! Next up on my list of "must create"- handmade invitations. I have the designs in my head- now I need time in the studio!

New in the Studio

Even though this was a crazy busy weekend with my nephew's birthday party and the hubby's company picnic party, I still squeezed in a smidge of design time. I added three new birth announcement designs to the shop:

Cuddly Giraffe

Big Blooms

Airplane

Custom Order- Fire Truck Themed Invites

A very very good friend of mine (Molly) is having a baby shower soon, and I had the pleasure of working on some custom baby shower invitations for her. Her hubby is a fire fighter, so she is going with that theme for her new little man's party.

Here are some of the designs I came up with. I hope she likes 'em!!!

Please Welcome Cora Emmeline

I had the honor and pleasure of designing the birth announcement of little Cora Emmeline. This was such a sweet photo, and it went perfectly with my Spring Pastel Announcement.

Congratulations to Mom and Dad, and thanks for choosing Bean Sprout Studio to announce your beautiful new arrival!

The Jazwinski Family Album 2008

I've finally started my next photobook project- The Jazwinski Family Album for 2008. I designed my first page tonight, with a picture of Jesse and I on New Year's Eve. I can't believe that this was only one short year ago. It seems like so much longer than that!

For my photobook, I decided not to carry out one theme throughout the whole book. Instead, I'll do one theme per 2 page spread. I hope it doesn't take me all of 2009 to get this done! Anyway, here's the first completed page for the book:
